In Spring 2009, Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show will be held downtown Toronto at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The change in venue continues the exciting and progressive changes made to the show over the past couple of years to continue to truly develop it into Toronto's ULTIMATE Travel Show.
The move brings the show directly into the heart of Toronto, one of the most diverse cities in the world. Nearly all of the world's culture groups are represented in Toronto and more than 100 languages and dialects are spoken. What better place to showcase the world?
Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show has long been known for its entertaining and informative presentation of premier travel destinations, providers, hotels & resorts, and retailers all under one roof. It will be the most powerful and effective way to reach both the travel trade industry plus qualified travel consumers in Toronto, the GTA and from across Ontario.
Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show will have a waiting audience just outside its door. In addition to the attendees that have been attending the show from across the GTA and Ontario, our new location at the MTCC will position the show directly within the downtown core and a vast multitude of condominiums that have made their way onto the Toronto skyline. According to the City of Toronto, the pace of residential growth Downtown over the past few years shows little sign of slowing. Within the past 5 years, over 178 residential projects have been completed and/or are in the pipeline. People moving to downtown tend to be young, single or couples without children wishing to lead an urban, upscale lifestyle. They tend to be well-educated, are employed full-time within the Downtown area and household incomes among this group tend to be relatively high. A prime target audience for the travel industry.
