| Thank you for signing on to be an exhibitor at Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show. This year marks the first posting of the exhibitor manual on our website. For your ease and convenience, we have provided all the information needed below. Most importantly, ALL mandatory forms must be returned by the deadline date Each exhibitor must complete and return the Proof of Insurance, Beverage & Food Sampling, Move-In and Exhibitor Badge forms. Food vendors will additionally need to return the Food Handling Requirements forms. Information on where and how to return these forms is listed on each page. Please note that the Exhibitor Personnel must be entered on-line and the information entered will be automatically forwarded to Show Management. Make sure spelling is correct as this is exactly how the information will appear on the badge. Please read all outside supplier forms very carefully in the Additional Order Forms section. Each supplier has specific deadlines in place for you to meet and many have early bird specials to take advantage of.
